I have been lucky enough to be at Conewago since I began teaching in 2007. I could not ask for a better school, students, or community!
For five years, I taught first grade. Since then, I have been teaching 5th grade, except for one year in fourth grade last year.
I grew up in the area and am a proud graduate of Lower Dauphin.
I received a degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University, and a master’s degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State University.
My family and I live in Harrisburg. My husband, Mike, and I have two kiddos - Lyncoln & Sequoia. I enjoyed spending my summer with them, and can’t wait for all of the fun adventures to come. We also have a crazy dog named Abe. He is my running buddy and loves to cuddle!
In my free time, I enjoy reading and scrapbooking, but my favorite hobby is cooking. I am a Food Network ‘addict’ and love trying new recipes!
I especially love spending time with my family and friends. We love beach trips, game nights, and cooking together.
