Your student is starting their Reading Center home reading log today.  It runs differently than in past years. 

 

 This log is how I determine your child’s outside of school reading score for their report card. Please make sure the reading log is signed by an adult.

 

 

Please check one of the following boxes on the log to let me know how it was completed:

BY the child………… easy

WITH the child…………some difficulty

TO the child ……………too hard
